This Châteauneuf-style wine is jammy, with black stone fruits, berries and dark chocolate, and a sweet black cherry core, but it has body and tannins to lend it weight. The winemaker suggests pairing it with cassoulet. New from Don Sebastiani & Sons.

Dark, young and jammy, and so fresh in grapy flavors and acids, it tastes like it came straight from the fermenting tank. Clean, dry and filled with blackberry, cocoa and coffee flavors. Good value in a fun wine.
