Classic nose of sweet fruit, black cherry, earth, wood, barnyardy, touch of lanolin, spices, smooth and ripe; sweet and rich in the mouth; dominant flavor is black cherries, big dry tannins in the mid-mouth, but in balance; solid finish with a good blend of ripe lemons and ripe berries. (16/20)
