Gina is a second label from the esteemed Flora Springs Winery, of Napa Valley. This wine bears much in common with FS’s barrel-fermented Chards. It’s richly textured, with tropical fruit flavors and a plastering of smoky, vanilla-infused oak. It was even barrel fermented. The texture is as creamy as a milkshake, and there are all sorts of dusty Oriental spices on the finish. It’s a little sweet.
