All Chardonnay, this wine has a dry elegance that makes it taste really upscale. It shows subtle peach, bread dough, smoky char and vanilla flavors, and is quite acidic. Makes you think of wedding toasts.

More full-bodied than the winery’s brut, this Pinot Noir-based bubbly also is richer. It’s just beautiful in raspberries and strawberries, with brighter touches of lime, and although the wine has a honeyed sweetness, it’s zesty acidity makes it finish dry.

Pleasant and correct rather than exciting, this Pinot Noir has flavors of cola, root beer, pomegranates, cherries and peppery spices. It’s totally dry, with an elegantly silky mouthfeel. Drink now.

Dry and elegant, not really a rich wine, but a well-structured one. It has keen acids and dusty tannins that frame cola and root beer flavors. Give it a little decanting, since it’s somewhat rigid right out of the bottle.

Sweet pink grapefruit and cherry aromas and flavors abound in this Sonoma pinkster. Fizzy and soft, it tastes slightly sweet and low in acidity. Ends with decent length, and is better for near-term easy drinking. Will be enjoyed by those who don’t enjoy dry, crisp bubblies.

Now that they’re no longer making only bubbly, the winery is trying to identify block selections of dry Pinot Noir. Give them some time. This Pinot is promising, showing cherry, cola and spice flavors in an elegantly silky texture.

This wine is aromatically challenged; it starts off funky, with intense barrel aromas that work against you. In the mouth, sweet candied plum-like fruit is jostled by earth and mushroom notes, while the finish is tight and tannic.
