Flower-shop aromas jump from the glass of this floral, unabashedly sweet sparkler. Soft and even, it has decent length and an almost ginger-ale quality on the back end. Has definite sweet-tooth appeal and is fine for mimosas and the like.

A faint, attractive earthiness adds unexpected complexity to this wine’s floral-hay nose and herb-tinged, green-apple palate. A medium-weight blend of approximately one-third Chardonnay, one-third hybrid grapes (like Seyval Blanc and Vidal) and one-third native American grapes.

This soft, 100% Chardonnay sparkler has an attractive, quite creamy, apple, vanilla and mild spice bouquet. Sweeter than expected, it's a good, easy drinker, with apple and grape flavors, a touch of nuttiness, and a gentle tang on the back end.

Foxy, animal aromas begin your experience with this bubbly. It’s rough and fruity, with a dose of sugar. It has a low price going for it, but most wine enthusiasts won’t find much to like here.

Anyone familiar with native varieties of grapes will recognize the “foxy” aromas and flavors in this otherwise well-made bubbly. The color, attack, acidity and finish are all good, and it’s dry as advertised, but that foxiness will be a problem for consumers used to vinifera grapes.
