Starts off a bit tarry and rubbery—downright stinky, in fact. Just be patient, or decant vigorously, and you’ll be amply rewarded by pineapple fruit so pure it seems almost crystalline in both flavor and structure. It’s fleshy, yet sharply delineated and focused, ending in a laserbeam of vibrant citrus. Imported by Michael Skurnik Wines.
