Pretty hot Syrah. Black pepper notes hint through at the finish, but they're fairly muted by this almost syrupy Syrah. Characters of anaise and again, pronounced alcohol, pervade on the finish.

A delightful California Chardonnay- not overly lush (not dripping with that "butter" character), simple yet elegant.
