This Brunello lacked aromatic intensity compared to the others. Dig deep down to draw out berry flavors, smoke, pipe tobacco, leather and vanilla. A juicy finish and nice, medium structure yield more tobacco and vanilla in the mouth.

There’s a brambly, slightly raw or sharp note here that comes off as white cherry, wild berry and spice. In the mouth, the wine shows bright acidity and polished tannins.
