This vineyard-designate Picolit is a pale shade of gold and boasts elegant aromas of honey, nut, caramel, toast and interesting shades of mint and peppermint in the background. The feel in the mouth is lively and fresh and the wine awards a long, sweet finish.

Honey and exotic fruit create a pretty combination in a wine that relies heavily on its thick creamy mouthfeel to pull it forward. It’s a bit unfocused in the mouth but does a nice job overall.

There’s a nutty, pecan quality to this wine that has layers of pine, butterscotch and mandarin skin. There are sharp edges here, but the wine definitely has character. It tastes chewy and slightly sweet in the mouth, with sour almond on the close.
