Year-in and year-out, Innocent Bystander is a consistent source of Australian Pinot Noir. The 2008 is a little lean and edgy, but boasts admirable intensity of cherry, cedar and cranberry flavors, finishing crisp and tangy.

Not quite as richly textured or fruity as the 2006 version, this is still a nicely balanced Chardonnay with flavors of sweet corn, melon and a deft touch of oak.
