This zippy wine has lovely aromatics typical of German Riesling but quite high acidity, meaning it will be best enjoyed with food. Visual: medium straw-colored core with a subtle copper tinge Nose: youthful aromas of damp meadow grass, mineral (damp pavement or wet stones), candied lemon & lime, some grapefruit, touch of melom, gummy bears, white flowers, unripened pear Palate: dry with marked acidity; flavors of citrus fruits including grapefruit & lime; crisp green apple & lemon squirt. Also some mineral and honeysuckle. Floral finish.

I usually do not care for Rieslings but this one was different than usual - really good!
