Toasty and citrusy, this is a prototypical méthode Champenoise sparkler, blending Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the cool island of Tasmania, off Australia’s southern coast. It’s medium in weight, with a crisp lemony finish that invites a second sip.

This coppery-pink rosé shows the same classy toast and citrus notes as Jansz’s Premium Cuvée, with just a hint of cherry and mushroom to differentiate it. It’s medium bodied, with a clean, refreshing finish. Good value.

Jansz's rosé shows slightly less toasty, autolytic character than its Premium Cuvée, instead showcasing more fruit. Aromas suggest peach or berry, with hints of red apples and citrus as well, with a medium-weight, creamy mouthfeel. Fresh and fruit-driven on the finish. Drink now.

A well-made sparkler, Jansz's Premium Cuvée shows lovely nuances of toast and superfresh lemon zest layered over ripe apple scents. It's light and fresh, with a slight creaminess to the texture, with flavors that lean toward apple and citrus, but with some savory undercurrents of toast and mushrooms. Drink now.

After pouring it into the glass, the bead dies down pretty quickly. Feels flat in the mouth, with pear notes coming through loudest. Simple, and a good quaff. Imported by Negociants USA, Inc.
