Opens with an unusual and quite green flower shop and celery-like aroma. Has slight hints of tarragon, but is very light, with just faint lemon notes. Light is all right, but lack of effervescence isn’t, and this just didn’t fizz.

Though the nose nose offers a somewhat alluring bouquet of toast, caramel, herb and earth, the rest of the wine is somewhat disappointing. It’s crisp and light in the mouth—so light that it is almost too effervescent—and fairly mute on the palate. A little lemon on the palate; finishes with chalky mineral notes.
