38 years old vines. 942 cases produced. COLOR: must be unfiltered because there is sediment floating in it. Deep ruby red, rose red outer rim, colored legs. NOSE: jalepeno & green pepeprs, blackberry & a little vanilla, eucalyptus. PALATE: bright blackberry and black cherry. Dusty. A hint of tobacco. Absolutely delicious! Kind of earthy wtih licorice when eaten with cheese - I guess that's the cab franc coming out. 9/10
