From some of the finest slopes of Morgon comes this intense and concentrated wine. It is big, beefy, full of black fruits, with an edge of cranberry tannin and dark cherries. The texture is as dense as the fruit, making this a certain candidate for aging.

Attractively in balance, this wine, from 40-year-old vines, shows concentration to go with its red currant flavors. It is fresh, touched by tannins, worth keeping a few months, but already its fruit is openly delicious.
