The bouquet shows some combination of (and we quote—we couldn’t make this up) “wet slate,” “dusty soil” and “honey mustard Chicken McNuggets sauce.” Flavors are somewhat muted, with whispers of lemon, orange blossom and herb. Soft and creamy in the mouth, it finishes with a little caramel.
