A joint venture between Johann Donabaum and Franz-Josef Gritsch, Kalmuck has produced a debut bottling that packs in substantial white pepper notes backed by melony underpinnings. Relatively light-bodied, with a refreshing lime and pepper finish. Imported by Winemonger.com.

Crisp pears, with just a hint of cinnamon (I think). Fantastic wine for the price.
