Clean, fruity and fresh, Keith Tulloch’s regular Chardonnay offers peach, pear and green plum fruit along with scents of struck flint and a plump, slightly creamy texture. Drink it over the next few years.

This is a mature example of Hunter Shiraz, showing the leathery notes that made the region famous, combined with hints of cinnamon, clove and dried cherries. It’s soft, velvety and ready to drink, whereas the 2005 appears to have greater potential ahead of it.

Not as good as the 2003, but still a great Semillon from the worlds best Semillon region. There really is nothing like Semillon from the Hunter Valley. Sharp, citrus when young, developing into a honey/melon. Will age for upto and even over 10 years.

Rich big bold Hunter Valley Shiraz. Not as peppery as a Barossa, and not as smooth as a South African, but stunning none the less. Should not be opened before 2015
