The cheek of it, playing the New Zealanders at their own game, even down to the name. Has it worked? Light, fresh, very crisp, the wine doesn’t have the intensity of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. But it is deliciously grassy, green, herbaceous, all the things a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc can be. Screwcap.
