Temperature is key here. This wine opened up nicely when it left the refrigerator behind and warmed up a few degrees. Paired well with a young soft cheese like burrata.

Tasty Pinot Blanc. Had subtle floral perfumes and a pleasant, though somewhat abrupt finish.
