Roasted and brambly from start to finish. The bouquet is medicinal and leathery, with cherry and berry folded in. It’s roasted in the mouth, with brambly, gamy, herbal flavors and not much fruity pop. Loses clarity and fruit the longer it breathes; solid but not special by Priorat standards.
