Very nice red wine but for $112 we want to be forced to take notice, and frankly that doesn’t really happen here. Still, the wine goes snap, crackle and pop on both the bouquet and palate. It’s a crisp one, with live-wire cherry, cola and spice flavors. Not at all flabby, and instead runs lean and fresh. Good now and maybe better in a few more years.
