With only three months in barrel, this Viognier has such a soft toasty warmth throughout that pairs perfectly with the natural fruity characteristics of the wine. The medium-weight mouth has a satiny texture and is loaded with more black fruit along with coffee, cassis and cocoa flavors. The finish, powerful and oaky, is long and evolving, steering from dark fruit to more chocolate-covered cherry semblances.
