Made with a blend of two of Friuli’s most traditional grapes, Picolit and Verduzzo Friulano, Siùm shows a rich, copperish color, with intense aromas of almond paste, butterscotch, caramel, candied fruit and orange zest. The Verduzzo elements lends a distinctive characteristic of yellow candy.

Here’s a light and delicately fragrant expression of Pinot Bianco with bright tones of passionfruit, pear and white peach. The wine is very simple and lean with drying mineral tones at the very end.

This is a light and fresh Friulano with clean, almost sharp, notes of kiwi, lime, chopped mint, passion fruit and grapefruit. The nose is almost reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc but the mouthfeel is rich, dense and crisp on the close.

There’s a pungent note of something charred or burned that is off putting at first but that also diminishes with time. The wine has very crisp acidity over a lean mouthfeel.
