Cross between a Port and a Sherry....lighter than a port but less sweet than sherry. Slight spicyness. Paired extremely well with golden beet ravioli filled with White-trulled Chevre cheese, dressed with Avocado Oil and Young Grenache-based balsamic vinegar.
