A rarity to be able to enjoy an older white Bordeaux, and this did not disappoint; a sweet and honeyed nose, now with hints of sherry in it showing the age, lightly spiced, clean and pure even at this stage of its life with age but not decay; sweet in the mouth with a definite touch of honey and minerals, long finish with a mix of lemon and lime flavors; now a bit short at the end, but a serious wine.
