Dark and elegant, this offering from veteran Oz winemaker Len Evans is full-bodied and velevety, with a restrained flavor profile. It shows tart black fruits with cedar, pepper and herb accents, and is a bit creamy. Finishes long and reserved, with deeply wooded dry tart fruit, and a tangy backend note.
