Mostly Chardonnay, and quite crisp and well made. Apple, pear and toasted bread aromas lead you straight to apple and cinnamon flavors, which then yield to a dryness on the finish that holds your attention. Zesty and forthright. An interesting sparkler for certain, and one from Burgundy.
