Made Northern Rhône style, with a splash of Viognier that shows up as bright citrus and flower, this Syrah is a bit heavy and oaky-sweet. It has flavors of blackberries, chocolate and caramel, and is probably at its best now.

A bit brawny, with sweet, pie-filling flavors of blackberries and cherries, sprinkled with cocoa, cinnamon and pepper, like a Starbucks drink. Shows the rich tannins and briary notes of a Dry Creek Valley red.
