This medium-bodied, supple wine is based on Cinsault, which makes it unique in the region. It’s leathery, but also offers up fine touches of raspberry, chocolate and garrigue, with a tinge of anise to its velvety-textured finish. Drink now.

A bit floral and herbal on the nose, but there are also peach and berry fruit flavors that end up carrying the day. Finishes a little short, picking up hints of Earl Grey tea amid a dusting of light tannins. From the co-op at Estézargues.
