Complex aromas of black currant, sweet oak spice, espresso and tobacco. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine makes a sweeping broad entry with briary, black fruit at the core and compelling chocolate flavors that yield to a long chewy finish.

Ordered as soon as we sat down at Blackbird (Chicago) and decanted. Got to it in a bit over an hour and it had gone from hugely tannic to just hugely delicious. Deeply aromatic and rich with vanilla, dark fruit, and smoke. It was terrific with venison.
