Light and spicy with lots of ripe fruit, black pepper, earth and licorice, tea leaves, and sweet hard candy all serve to define the nose; light and quite young in the mouth, there is lots of fruit and a nice balance of flavors, but the wine lacks depth at this early stage and is pretty forward and somewhat precocious; the finish needs to fill out with more bottle time, and then I suspect that this could become a serious wine.
