Its flavors are crisp and clean—think citrus and taut yellow fruit—but it’s no sourpuss. This Sem-Chard has medium body and some viscosity, plus a little butter on the nose and the finish. One to try with a beurre blanc sauce, perhaps? Fresh and sunny; perfect as a summertime wine.
