This is a classically proportioned Bordeaux blend, featuring 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. Mint and cassis aromas pick up shadings of dried herbs and tobacco on the palate, ending with good persistence and a certain degree of elegance. Because of that, serve this wine alongside a roast rather than a big, beefy steak.
