This is an amazing wine from all points of view. It excels in power, intensity, concentration, purity and elegance. The many aromas it offers include black cherry, plum, polished mineral, tobacco, earth and exotic spice. It livens the mouth thanks to its rich berry flavors and leaves a soft, plush impression that lasts a long time.

Boasts penetrating grapefruit aromas but also some warm, peachy accents. On the palate, its stony and minerally flavors play against a richly textured mouthfeel. The long, delicate finish shows hints of pepper and grapefruit.

Pinot Grigio grape berries aren’t actually gray; instead they are tinged with pink or purple. Maybe it is just the power of suggestion, but this wine even seems to taste pink, showcasing ripe berries and apples that are backed by tangy acids and great length. Classy stuff.

Delicious grassy fruits and a fine mineral taste, give this wine plenty of character. It is fresh, crisp, green and herbaceous, very much in a cool climate style.

Livio Felluga’s Pinot Grigio is distinguished by a thick, creamy mouthfeel and abundant aromas of peach, wild flower and vanilla cream. The wine is clean and pristine, yet structured and smooth at the same time. Very nice.

Picolit is a precious and uniquely Italian dessert wines that relies on a variety of special conditions to produce overwhelming elegance and concentration. Livio Felluga does a wonderful job with this wine that opens with a luminous golden color and segues to luscious, creamy flavors of honey, white flower and almond paste.

Here’s a bright and luscious Friulano, an important native variety of northeast Italy, in a screw-cap bottle. Aromas open with peach, melon, white almond and a bright touch of citrus. The wine is thick and creamy on the palate.

This is an absolutely beautiful wine made with a blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Picolit from Friuli, in Northeast Italy. It offers harmony, extreme intensity and creamy flavors that coat clean over the palate. It’s the ultimate food wine (think shellfish) but also performs without food thanks to its natural density and elegance. Not imported into the U.S.
