A small production winery, their wine is hand-made; opens with rich and ripe aromas classic for California pinot noir; sweet black cherries, earthen, smoke, not particularly complex; sweet and ripe in the mouth, lots of cherry flavors, sweet, soft tannins, soft acidity; this wine needs more body; it is somewhat flat and two-dimensional; good finish, a solid if not compelling wine.
