Rich, spicy, plum, anise, chocolate, black currant, herb and distinctive mint notes weave a complex web of flavor in this firm, focused Cabernet. Smooth, plush tannins frame the ensemble, which finishes—like the label says—long.

Fairly tight at first, but showing pretty cherry and herb flavors at it's core. The wine will probably open and soften within a year. Delicate on the palate with a moderate finish.

Rich, ripe fig and toast aromas up front are backed by classy pear, melon, citrus and mineral notes. The wine is well balanced and full-bodied, yet refreshing and quite elegant. Grown high in the hills above Rutherford.
