Every one of the tasters mentioned soy as the dominant aroma on this "complex, but tired" wine's nose, backed by ginger, malt and briny notes. Its flavor profile is unusual: Reviewers noted dried fruit, red plum, apple cider and cream soda as its dominat flavors. Finishes long and a little sweet.

Clean, simple, fresh and very pink. Don't analyze this wine too much; it's a somewhat sweet bubbly that's made to please the masses. Melon and peach flavors come with a forceful bead. Pink grapefruit is the dominant flavor. Pleasant enough for cocktail parties.

Unusual, mature and richly aromatic, with dried fruit and flower aromas, and a deep broth-marinade note. It's rather sedate on the palate, with modest bead and mousse, but the soy, plum and burnt sugar flavors are complex, like mature Pinot Noir. Finishes slightly sweet with a smoky, ashy note.

Scents of lemon wax, rosé petal and citrus lead into a crisp, fruity Champagne packed with lemon-lime fruit. Bold and appealing, in a full-flavored, big-bubbled style.

The color of a new copper penny, this very attractive rosé shows bready, yeasty aromas, with tart rhubarb fruit. In the mouth the flavors are more ripe, with tart pie cherry and vanilla cookie. Very tasty, though not particularly complex.
