This beautiful wine (gorgeous both in terms of execution and presentation) offers rich layers of mature fruit, chocolate, espresso and exotic spice. The wine’s texture is incredibly smooth, soft and persistent.

We are extremely impressed with this vintage of Luce (made by Frescobaldi and Mondavi in Montalcino, Tuscany). The blend of Merlot and Sangiovese is amazingly modern, pleasurable and penetrating with a huge focus on black cherry and chocolate fudge aromas. The tannins are tight and focused and the wine could use another five years of cellaring.

After long anticipation, we are happy to see this gorgeous Brunello on the market. The wine is sure to gain enormous success: the packaging is the essence of Italian style and the wine itself shows the highest level of quality. Rich and opulent aromas of cherry, blackberry, spice and leather abound and the wine shows enormous length on the finish.

This vintage of Frescobaldi’s superstar Luce della Vite makes a bold statement thanks to its ruby concentration and intensely inviting aromas of cherry, cola, leather, vanilla and blackberry. It is a big, modern wine (50-50 Sangiovese and Merlot) that flaunts many deep layers of intensity and flavor with firm tannins and excellent persistency on the finish.

Lucente is made from a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. You get a lot of bang for your buck thanks to rich, velvety tones of chocolate, spice and forest berry that last over a long, succulent finish.
