This apperance of this wine shows its youthfulness with its magenta like hues and has little to no washout. It contains aromas of berries, coffee, spices and pepper; medium to medium full bodied and medium acidity with soft tannins. However, I think that the alcohol is not as well integrated (considering its 13.5% alc. by vol.) and is noticeably hot. Overall, I think that this wine can and should be held for another 2 years before drinking but not much longer as the tannins will begin to fade out soon after.
