A luscious, full-bodied wine with a nose of black pepper and dark chocolate. In the mouth, elegant but spicy notes of tobacco, berry and leather lead to a smooth, lingering finish. A very nice wine for pairing with meat dishes or enjoying on its own.

Lynx never seems to miss the mark, producing exquisite wines with unique character. This Shiraz offers lovely soft fruit and spice on the nose, and on the palate, balanced, classic black pepper, cinnamon, berry and a clean, minerally backbone. Restrained but flavorful, it’s an excellent food pairing choice.

Named after the creature that has been seen near this South African winery, this blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Cabernet Franc offers confident aromas of berry and spice. On the palate, it is supple and elegant with a touch of chocolate and oak sweetness that adds character. Overall, it’s subtle and soft with a shot of minerality that recommends it to food pairing. The finish is lingering but gentle.

Surprisingly light and vibrant smelling with aromas of raspberry, red plum skin and iris. A touch of pepper and cocoa unfold on the finish. Approachable and a good choice for a beef pot-luck dinner with friends. Drink now.
