Like most Chapoutier wines that I've tasted, this wine did not disappoint. Round, medium-bodies, very well integrated fruit and mineral notes. Green apples and wet stone aromatics, creamy, lingering finish.

When first opened, smelled like a crisp fresh glass of hard cider. Soft, mellow, rounded, and medium-bodied, with melon and floral accents joining sweet green apple. Opens up with time and air to reveal additional herbal depth.
