Soft, light, frothy apéritif style, pleasantly balanced with pear flavors. The aftertaste is soft, but the balance remains. Attractive, uncomplicated.

Pale salmon-colored wine, giving ripe strawberries, very soft fruit and acidity that clashes with the obviously high dosage, leaving a toffee aftertaste.

Intense acidity is the mark of this wine. It is very crisp, with green apple and grapefruit flavors, touched by yeast. It is still young, needing bottle age to reduce the almost painful acidity, which remains in the mouth even though the final finish is soft.
