The nose is so cedary it’s almost sauna-like, but it works with the cherry fruit. Surprisingly complex flavors of tobacco, earth and stable leather accent the dark berry foundation. It’s balanced and has a long, juicy finish. And, unusual at this price, it may also improve over the next year or two.
