Appearances can be deceiving: pale in color but angular and flavorful, this white sports attractive lime and hay aromas with fragrant honeysuckle hints. A subtle pepperiness creeps in on the light, crisp palate. Closes smoothly, with lime and white pepper notes. This shows more flavor and texture than most light whites at this price—try this instead of a Pinot Grigio. Best Buy. —M.M.
