This claret-like, light-bodied wine with an even mouthfeel has an earth, raisin and light berry bouquet, all obscured by a cloud of chalk aromas. The Syrah’s flavors mirror its nose—cherry, dry earth and a bit of coffee tang, plus lots of minerals. Finishes metallic and minerally.
