This expression of Nebbiolo (from Gattinara) offers simple and clean aromas of wild berries, raw almond and cherry cola. The wine offers linear harmony and a straightforward approach that relies on a combination of fresh berry flavors and crisp acidity. The mouthfeel is smooth, slight sour and tight. This is a very nice effort for a hot vintage.
