Expert NoteDecember 19, 2005
Very sweet nose, overripe fruit, damp wood and leaves, earthen and slightly musty; sweet and syrupy at the front of the mouth, tastes tired and pretty evolved; dry leaves and earth, smoky; sweet very ripe plums with a touch of oxidation in the mouth; long, slightly dry finish; this wine seems to be past its time, although still pleasant.
