Here’s a light style, easy-going Pinot Grigio. The wine is refreshing and crisp and would pair with vegetables, seafood or potato salad. Aromas include peach, pear and citrus.

Thomas and I had this bottle of wine with pizza tuna, which was a strong dish. The wine was clean and enjoyable during and after the meal, as a pairing or on its own.

This is a simple, straightforward, light wine, without complexity or pretension. I would recommend it more to accompany simple meals - light, grilled fish or chicken, for example - than for drinking on its own. I found it to be perfectly pleasant, but not with enough depth or character to hold my interest as a solo act. By all means enjoyable with some simple food, though.

Low acidity, buttery without being overpowering, like a light chard
