Light and basic, with a bouquet of mineral, flowers and citrus. Easy but dilute apple and melon flavors set up a soft, inconsequential finish. Pretty nice mouthfeel; slightly creamy on the palate.

From just a few miles outside the biggest wine zone for Prosecco grapes, this lively bubbly offers aromas of peach, honey and spring flowers. It has frothy, creamy and tonic, but firm, perlage that will cut through fatty foods and cheese.

Here’s a toasty, rich blend of various grapes including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero and Refosco that shows well evolved aromas of spice, dusty mineral, candied fruit, plum and prune. It shows firm, smooth texture and would pair with meatloaf or roast beef.
